Nelly Sisilana Mthembu is a registered Principal Property Practitioner with the PPRA and an internationally qualified Herbalist with a strong passion for natural healing and plant-based wellness.

In 2023, drawing on her international herbalism qualification, research, and traditional knowledge of medicinal plants, she formulated a herbal wound cream made from carefully selected herbs known for their cleansing and restorative properties.
Seeing the ongoing need in her community, Nelly went on to establish the Somor Health Herbal Wound Care Centre, a space created to support individuals dealing with chronic and slow-healing wounds.
The centre was founded out of compassion and a desire to provide consistent wound care support, where herbal-based cleansing, dressing, and care practices are offered alongside her formulated herbal products.
