All product prices are listed in South African Rands and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
We accept credit/debit cards, and EFT.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or supply issues.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within 7 working days should we have stock in that particular product.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
 

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos as proof.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
 

6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our products are not evaluated by medical authorities and should not replace medical advice or treatment.
